Program builder
Your blocks, your progressions. A published version never changes under a client mid-program.
For coaches
CueFit is built for the coach you set out to be. This page is the whole road, top to bottom. Walk it.
Where most coaches are
In a commercial gym you’re handed one generic program to hand out, because individualising doesn’t scale with the tools you’re given. Clients notice, feel unserved, and cancel. You get blamed for churn the system created.
The turn
Your methodology, not ours. We take the administrative weight off — the matching, the billing, the chasing — and leave the coaching to the person who knows how to do it.
The cap
The cap lives in the software, not in anyone’s judgement. It isn’t a limit on what you earn; it’s what makes it possible to know how each of them trains — and to notice when one goes quiet.
Full, and handling it? The cap doesn’t move — the work does. Coaches at thirty who are meeting the reply promise get first call on paid coverage for coaches who are away, on mentoring new coaches, and on the bring-your-own-client tier when it opens.
A day
Your console runs the same computation as your clients’ Today screen. Someone needs a program, someone sent a form check, someone finished their block. Nobody waits on a screen that offers them nothing.
Your blocks, your progressions. A published version never changes under a client mid-program.
A client sends the set. You watch it, say what you saw, and Thursday changes because of it.
On day five, from what they actually ate, you write the day: meals, portions, targets. They tap what they ate.
The pay
$165 a client, a month. The rate never changes because you grew, and we never take a cut of a client you brought yourself. Paid on the 1st and the 15th, as a 1099 contractor.
And when life happens
Coach-away mode with real coverage — a backup coach, or the founder, and your clients told. The reply promise is 24 weekday hours, not 24/7, because a burnt-out coach helps nobody. Problems get raised directly and early. Removal is never a surprise.
A small first group
You’re matched to clients by a person, never sent six new ones in a week, and never signed up and sent nothing. Density first; the roster grows only as fast as it can be filled.
The bottom of the road
Five fields. A person reads it — not a queue, not a quiz — and replies within a few days.
